Ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom properties we have comfortably serviced guests ranging from individuals to corporate groups of 10+ employees.

All of our well appointed furnished suites include ample parking, professional housekeeping and all the amenities. Leave your quarters at home; even the laundry facilities are provided at no extra charge (in the suites marked with in-suite laundry).

All properties offer an in-suite business centre complete with high-speed wireless Internet service, a work desk, chair and phone with free local calling. In fact, most of our suites also include free long distance calling to Canada and the USA. No-charge television service (either cable or satellite depending on the suite) is also included.

No surprise invoice at checkout because you turned on the TV or made a phone call: When we say "amenities included," we really mean it.

Imposed Restriction Rates Available

At Mayfair Suites we provide comfortable furnished accommodations for DND Personnel on IR (Imposed Restriction) within the IR budget.

If you are being posted to CFB Borden we have furnished properties with all the amenities that fit within the IR rate yet include the same benefits and amenities of all our suites.

Safety First

All our properties that are two unit dwellings are registerd with the City of Barrie and meet all building standards and fire regulations. We have NO illegal units.
